Baby Boy

Hi there, today's card uses Clean and Simple Sketch 148

This card came about when my sister asked if I had any cards for a baby boy, which I didn't. I also don't have any baby stamps at the moment, although some are on their way as I type!

I thought I could use this sketch paired with some lovely subtle boyish colours to make a baby boy card. I paired Cumbcake with Baja Breeze and a touch of Marina Mist.

I changed the sketch to portrait as I needed a larger centre circle to fit my baby bling! (It is hard to see in the picture but the rhinestones in the middle of the rattle top and handle are blue.)

I had a plain centre circle to begin, as does the sketch. But to me it needed something more, so I added one of my fav embellies at the moment, a doily!

I used some matching SU! Satin Ribbon and a Rhinestone Brad to make the bow and finished it off with a little tag with a teeny tiny jumpsuit! I have decorated the inside with a strip of DSP and some more teeny tiny jumpsuits!
Isn't that so cute?! The sentiment was a made by mixing 'hello baby' from Teeny Tiny Sentiments, (of which I only inked up hello) and another stamp that says 'baby boy'.

Materials:
(All SU unless otherwise stated)

Cardstock/ DSP: Marina Mist, Whisper White, Crumbcake, Baja Breeze, Brights DSP stack
